About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Techno-Sales Executive to drive B2B sales and marketing of IT and security products in Nagpur and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of the products, along with hands-on experience in B2B client acquisition and relationship building.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate B2B leads in Nagpur region through field visits, networking, and references.

  • Promote and sell IT hardware solutions including:

    • CCTV Surveillance Systems

    • Biometric Attendance & Access Control Devices

    • Interactive Display Panels

    • Networking Products & Accessories

  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with clients.

  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, builders, schools, corporate offices, and government clients.

  • Coordinate with technical and back-office teams for quotations, project execution, and post-sales support.

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide regular reports.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in techno-sales for IT hardware products (CCTV, biometric, networking, or related).

  • Good understanding of surveillance, access control, and AV/networking solutions.

  • Strong local market knowledge (Nagpur) and existing network of B2B clients preferred.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

  • Basic technical know-how to handle customer queries confidently.
