  • Manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently.
  • Cashier responsibilities and manage all things on BUSY software.
  • Receive payments and issuing receipts.
  • Keep track of all cash and credit transactions.
  • Register all cash registers operations.
  • Maintain all transactions in BUSY software.
  • Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
  • Collect customer’s payments in cash or credit.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
  • Cross-sell products and register new products in the system.
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
  • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
  • Provide daily with opening and closing balance.
  • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
  • Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
  • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
  • Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
  • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
  • Analyze data to anticipate future needs
  • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
  • Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
  • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.

Job Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to manage in-store sales for computer accessories and security products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of HDMI, VGA cables, CCTV systems, routers, and biometric devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist walk-in customers by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products.
  • Explain product features, specifications, and compatibility for computer accessories (HDMI, VGA, etc.), CCTV systems, routers, and biometric devices.
  • Maintain stock levels, update inventory records, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and resolve complaints.
  • Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on new product trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in counter sales, preferably in electronics, IT hardware, or security systems.
  • Skills: Strong communication, customer handling, and sales skills.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with computer accessories (HDMI, VGA, etc.), CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, routers, biometric attendance systems.
